The dining Room
Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast every morning in the dining room. We offer freshly ground coffee from Heppner roaster Browne House Coffee and a wonderful selection of Smith’s Tea. Help yourself to juice, fresh fruit, cereal, Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal cups, hard-boiled eggs, assorted breads, and a free copy of Condon’s local news paper The Times-Journal.
The dining room can also be reserved for private meetings and events.

At Wild Sage Restaurant, we envision a dining experience harmonizing with rural Oregon’s natural beauty and bounty. Our concept revolves around three core principles: local sourcing, scratch cooking, and sustainability. We are committed to sourcing ingredients from nearby farms and producers, embracing seasonal flavors, and minimizing waste through thoughtful menu planning and efficient kitchen practices.
Our menu showcases dishes crafted from local, seasonal, whole-fresh ingredients. From farm-fresh salads to hearty entrees highlighting the region’s finest meats and produce. In addition to our restaurant offerings, Wild Sage Restaurant provides catering services for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.

Open every Friday and Saturday 5-8pm, and Sunday 10-2pm.
