Cancellation policy

Reservations can be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date or one night’s room charge and tax will be charged to you.

I understand this is a non-smoking and/or vaping property (including exterior areas) except as designated. If I choose to violate this policy, a $500 cleaning and sanitizing charge will be added to my final bill. Up to two pets are allowed per room. There is a $20 charge per pet. Pets must be on a leash in all public areas and taken to the designated pet station for relief. There will be a $200 charge for damage/stains that require additional cleaning. Please pick up after your pet. I have read and understand the smoking and pet policies associated with my stay, and agree to the terms and conditions therein. I authorize Hotel Condon to charge my credit card on file for any irregular damage or cleaning fees discovered after my departure. * All guests will be asked to sign this policy statement upon arrival and check-in.
